Considering the seriousness of the topic, we are excepting young people over the age of age group is between 18 and 25, and from each 4 country there are 5+1 persons are involved, so altogether 24 people. Prevention is important, and it would indicate the involvement of younger age groups, but we believe it can be realized in a future project. We have previously agreed with our partner organizations about the age of participants. We pay attention to the gender ratio. This is important for us since the main policy of the project is based on this topic. Gender equality needs to be assured in all circumstances. We take care to do so during all the phases of the project (planning, realization, follow-up, and evaluation) and also in the course of every mutual programs, games, activities regarding the project. In the present it is significant since the whole youth exchange program is closely connected to this topic. Group leaders are chosen to represent both sexes equally. This also has been agreed with our partners previously. We want to pay attention to the right balance of the sexes, and according to ou plan, 12 boys and 12 girls will be in the project. Group leaders are also among the younger generation, because their age group is from 25 to 35, altogether 4 people. From Slovakia 1 facilitator and a main personal in logistics will be in the project.
